We’re seeking an Electrical Commissioning Engineer who thrives on solving problems in the field, collaborating with contractors and owners, and delivering results that keep facilities running at their best.
This role is all about hands-on impact. You’ll be leading the charge in testing, validating, and bringing complex electrical infrastructure online for industrial and commercial projects. From power distribution and switchgear to emergency backup systems, your work ensures these systems are safe, efficient, and ready for operation.
Qualifications
• BS degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of related field experience OR 5 years of hands-on electrical commissioning or construction experience.
•Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, switchgear, MCCs, VFDs, and protective devices.
•Experience with NFPA 70E, OSHA electrical safety standards, and NETA testing requirements.
•Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
•Ability to work with commissioning software, project tracking tools, and test instrumentation.
Responsibilities
• Verifying installation quality and contractor progress against drawings and specifications.
• Developing and executing pre-functional checklists and functional test scripts for electrical systems
• Leading functional performance testing of switchgear, transformers, panels, breakers, and emergency power systems.
•Coordinating arc-flash, insulation resistance, and continuity testing with field teams.
•Preparing commissioning documentation, issue logs, test reports, and turnover packages.
•Supporting safe energization and system handover to operations.

This role is all about hands-on impact. You’ll be leading the charge in testing, validating, and bringing complex mechanical infrastructure online for industrial and commercial projects. From HVAC and hydronic systems to process utilities and equipment start-ups, your work ensures these systems are safe, efficient, and ready for operation.
Qualifications
• BS degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of related field experience OR 5 years of hands-on electrical commissioning or construction experience.
•Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, pumps, air handling units, and process mechanical systems
•Experience with ASHRAE commissioning guidelines, OSHA safety standards, and mechanical testing procedures
•Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
•Ability to work with commissioning software, project tracking tools, and test instrumentation.
Responsibilities

We’re seeking a dedicated Safety Associate who is passionate about creating safe work environments, supporting field teams, and delivering impactful safety training. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in the safety field while directly contributing to the success of mission-critical industrial and commercial projects.
This position goes beyond compliance, it’s about building a culture of safety. You’ll help ensure our crews and partners understand and follow OSHA standards, while also providing hands-on support in the field.
Qualifications
• Degree or certification in occupational safety, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•Knowledge of OSHA 10/30 requirements, hazard communication, PPE, fall protection, and electrical/mechanical safety standards.
•Experience conducting safety orientations and toolbox talks is strongly preferred.
•Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver OSHA-related training to diverse groups.
•Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
• Conducting site safety orientations, daily briefings, and toolbox talks.
•Leading or assisting with OSHA-required training sessions (e.g., OSHA 10/30, fall protection, confined space, lockout/tagout).
•Performing regular jobsite safety inspections and reporting findings.
•Supporting incident investigations, corrective actions, and documentation.
•Collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure safety is integrated into commissioning and construction activities.
•Maintaining accurate safety records, permits, and compliance logs
